"Not many of the brands I was looking for"
I checked out marylandsquare.com hoping to find some of the shoe brands I usually buy, but I didn’t have much luck. To be fair, they do have a decent number of shoes on the site, but a lot of the styles felt similar to me. The brands I actually wanted were either missing or had very limited sizes available. In the end, it just wasn’t really worth the time for what I was looking for.

"Just a warning for anyone thinking of dealing..."
Just a warning for anyone thinking of dealing with them, their customer service was no help at all. I kept getting passed from one person to another, and nobody actually gave me a clear answer or tried to fix the issue. Super frustrating experience.

I reached out to customer service and never got a response, which was frustrating. I wasn’t expecting an instant reply, but some kind of follow-up would’ve been nice, if that makes sense.

"It got sorted, but something felt off"
I had a problem with my order and it did get fixed eventually, so I’ll give them credit for that. But something felt a little off about the whole process. It took longer than I expected to get help, and there was more back and forth than there needed to be. In the end, customer service handled it, but I wish it had been smoother and quicker

"I ordered a pair of shoes from..."
I ordered a pair of shoes from Maryland Square and tbh they were kind of hit or miss. They looked cute right out of the box, but once I picked them up, the material felt a bit cheaper than I expected for the price.
They’re still wearable and the fit was mostly okay, so I’ll use them, but idk how long they’re going to last. Not awful or anything, just not quite as good as I was hoping.

"They never stop with the catalogs and emails"
I swear, once you get on their list, they just never leave you alone. Catalogs keep showing up, emails keep coming in, and it feels like every company does this now. I just wish they’d make it easier to opt out and actually stop sending stuff.

So... the return process went okay overall. The refund did come through, it just took a bit longer than I was hoping.
"I liked the shoes, but the billing threw me off"
I ordered from Maryland Square and used the credit account because it seemed convenient at the time. The shoes themselves were totally fine, no complaints there. But once I looked at the billing dates and fees, I was like, wait, what? It wasn’t very clear, so I ended up having to call just to understand what was going on. Not a horrible experience, but I really wish the billing info was easier to follow upfront.

"Coupons didn’t make much of a difference"
I was hoping the coupons would bring the price down more, but even with the sale it still felt expensive. I also reached out with a question and the email replies felt like they were written by robots, which made the whole experience a bit more frustrating.

"Phone support wasn't much help"
I call about an issue with my order and the phone support wasn’t helpful at all. They put me on hold for a while, then kind of rushed me off the phone without giving me a clear answer. I had to call again after that and still nothing get fixed. Frustrating experience.

"The exchange process was honestly a headache"
I tried to exchange a pair of shoes and wow, it was way more of a hassle than I expected. Like, I thought it would be simple, but it dragged on forever. Customer service kept giving me different information, which just made the whole thing more confusing, and then I still ended up having to pay extra for shipping. I don’t know… it just left a bad taste. I probably won’t order from marylandsquare.com again.

"Knew Right Away It Was Wrong"
My order arrived and I could tell immediately it wasn’t what I chose. The size was off, the color was wrong, and now I have to go through the hassle of sending it back. my snap judgment is that I won’t be ordering from here again.

"Inventory seems way off"
I ordered a pair of shoes because the site said they were in stock, and then a few days later I get an email saying they’re actually backordered. Which, okay, things happen, but then I checked the site again and it still showed them as available, so that was frustrating. I just kept thinking, why let people order them if they’re not actually there? It ended up feeling like a waste of time, and they really need to keep their inventory updated better.

The site does work, but it felt kind of awkward to use. I had a hard time finding my size, which was a bit frustrating, not the end of the world, but still not ideal when you just want to order and move on.

I was disappointed with these shoes. The description made them sound and look a certain way, but what showed up was completely different. Even the sizing info was off, so they didn’t fit right either. Just frustrating when the listing promises one thing and the actual product doesn’t match

"Comfy shoes, but they wore out too fast"
I ordered a pair of shoes from marylandsquare.com, they looked really nice when they showed up. The fit was about what I expected too, so at first I was happy with them.
After a couple months, though, the soles started wearing down way faster than I thought they would. I don’t even wear them every day, so it was frustrating having to keep checking them and feeling like I already needed to think about replacing them.
They’re not terrible shoes, and they were comfortable, but for the price I expected them to last longer without me having to deal with that kind of hassle. I might buy again if they were on sale, but probably not at full price.

"Refund took way longer than it should have"
I returned an order to Maryland Square, the refund process really tested my patience. I’ll admit I’m already a little picky about returns because I think if a company gets the item back, the refund should move along quickly.
The tracking showed they had received it, but then nothing seemed to happen for days. I ended up reaching out more than once, and the responses I got felt generic, which just made the whole thing more frustrating.
I did finally get my money back, but it took way longer than I think it should have. Maybe other people have had better luck, but based on my experience, I’m not in a hurry to order from them again.

"The sizing felt really off"
I ordered my usual size, but these fit strangely, tight around the toes and somehow loose at the heel. Not sure who this sizing is supposed to work for, honestly. The return process was a hassle too, so I probably won’t be trying them again.
